If you have never done CrossFit before you will need to complete a foundation session before joining our general classes. You have the option to complete two 60 min sessions for $120 OR complete one 90 min session for $90.

We offer a 10% discount for military, full time students and first responders (police, fire brigade, ambulance & surf life savers), and a reduced monthly fee for people under 20 years of age. For more info about special discounts call Justin on 0409 975 039.

Designed to improve your stance, grip and positions for the snatch, clean and jerk. Coached by Paul who has a Masters of Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning).

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is a great foundation training program for young children aged 6-15 years old. Classes run every Friday during school terms at 4pm-4:45pm. All coaches have their CrossFit Kids level 1 certificates.

Private Coaching

As a member of CrossFit Wollongong you have access to our highly qualified coaches for private training. Private coaching is for those looking to improve on their strength, endurance and movements. Be coached 1 on 1 or in a small group.
