Foundation Session


The only way to begin your training at CrossFit Wollongong is by completing a foundation session (x2 60 min sessions or x1 90 min session). The foundation session is designed to teach you the correct technique and build your confidence before joining our general classes. During your initial training you will learn the 9 foundation movements (see below), which will form the basis for your ongoing training. You must book an appointment with one of our coaches to get started at CrossFit Wollongong. If you have done CrossFit before, please view our membership options.
