Our community-based fitness programs are results driven and designed for all levels for fitness.
With the largest CrossFit box in the region it enables us to deliver a wide range of programs including: group CrossFit classes (adults and kids), private coaching and Olympic weightlifting with times to suit everyone. We want to train anyone willing to put in the work.
Welcome to CrossFit Wollongong! We are located at 57-59 Charles Road in Fairy Meadow with lots of parking and close to public transport. Our facility features state of the art equipment, world class coaches, and one of the best fitness communities in the region!

World-Class Fitness in 100 Words
“Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climbs, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.
